First parent graduation activites meeting: March 18, 2008. 7 pm in Computer lab room 11.
Friday, May 30, 2008: Graduation Dance, 8 - 11 pm
Monday, June 2: Six Flags Discovery Kingdom Trip (Vallejo), busses leave from school at 8:15 am, return at 8:00 pm
Wednesday, June 4:Graduation Ceremony, 7 pm-students must be here (library) by 6 pm. Individual pictures (additional cost) will be taken at 5:30. Photo order forms will be sent home with students.

Guidelines for Graduation Dance Attire

Boys:
Dress to impress in your “Sunday” best. No saggy pants.

Girls:
No strapless or off the shoulder dresses, unless covered by a shawl or cape, which must be worn at all times during the dance.
Thin straps or halter are acceptable.
No backless dresses.
No keyhole type dresses.
Shoes:
Shoes must be worn at all times during the dance so think comfort!

Forms for dance pictures will go home the week before the dance.

Decorate… Chaperone….
If you can help decorate for the dance, from 11:00 to 3 pm on the day of the dance, or if you can chaperone, please email Mrs. Martin, or send a note with your student.

Discovery Kingdom : Monday, June 2- 8:15-8:00 pm

We will need chaperones! (Chaperones must pay for their own ticket, provide their own transportation to the park-if there is space on the bus you may be able to ride!!!)

Graduation Ceremony: Wednesday, June 4- Students must be there by 6 pm,
ceremony begins at 7 pm. Students please meet in the library.

Decorating help is needed from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. If you can help, please email Mrs. Martin or send a note with your student.

Forms for graduation pictures will be available. Individual Photos will be available at 5:00 pm. The class photo will be taken at 6:15 pm. Photos will be taken in the library.

Robes will be distributed on Tuesday, June 3 at rehearsal. Robes look best if they are ironed.

Pictures must be at least 2.5 by 3.5 inches, black and white or color
Pictures will be scanned and returned

Yearbook Personalization
8th graders have the opportunity to have their name or a short message printed on the front of their yearbooks.
Cost for personalization is $5.00
Personalization forms are due to Mrs. Martin or Mrs. Bullock by October 8, 2007
