- Dr. Lochry is a Modesto, California native and graduate of Thomas
Downey High School
- He began his superintendency at Hart-Ransom Union School District
on January 1, 2001
- His previous career experience includes: High School Teacher in Oregon;
Elementary Teacher in the South American Country of Colombia; K-12 Bilingual
Resource Teacher and Elementary Vice Principal in Firebaugh, CA; Elementary
School Principal in Salinas, CA; Assistant Superintendent in Los Banos;
Superintendent of Schools in Aromas and San Juan Bautista, Ca.
- Dr. Lochry has also taught at West Hills College, Firebaugh campus
and currently serves as adjunct instructor at Chapman University, both
Modesto and Merced Ca campuses.
- Dr. Lochry's Doctoral Dissertation focused on small, rural elementary
school districts, just like Hart-Ransom. He believes this is the perfect
job for his interests, experiences and expertise and he is very happy
to back in his hometown of Modesto, California
